Μέχρι το 2012 κατασκευάστηκαν από το ΣΑΛΑ αντιπλημμυρικά έργα συνολικού κόστους πέραν των € 52 εκ. περίπου, τα οποία περιλαμβάνουν: ΦΑΣΗ Α: Επέκταση αγωγών στο υφιστάμενο δίκτυο ομβρίων του Δήμου Λεμεσού σε διάφορες περιοχές (Μισιαούλη Καβάζογλου, Ελλάδος, Μαυρομιχαλέων, Γκαίτε, Ψηλορείτη κ.α) ΦΑΣΗ Β1: Μίλτωνος, Μπιζανίου, Κολοκοτρώνη, Μελετίου Μεταξάκη, Κωστή Παλαμά, η περιοχή του Λανιτείου Γυμνάσιου κ.α ΦΑΣΗ Β2: Συμβόλαια Ε1-Ε5, Πάρου, Σερίφου, Μ.Χριστοδούλου, Βασιλέως Κωνσταντίνου, Κωστή Παλαμά, Μάρκου Δράκου, Στέλλα Σουλιώτη, Νότια του Κεντρικού Σταθμού της Πυροσβεστικής, Βόρεια της Λεωφόρου Μακαρίου κατά μήκος της Βασιλέως Κωνσταντίνου κα.Flood management measure
